That said – you MUST love selling, helping people and a have natural affinity for detail. The fact that you have your RIBO license is a definite asset – but isn’t necessarily a non-starter. It simply means you can reach your true earning potential that much faster.

Work from home or at one of our offices while focusing on quoting and closing people who are already interested in buying home and auto insurance. The ideal candidate will have a winning track record in previous sales, and be thoroughly comfortable gathering information, delivering quotes and closing the sale by phone, digital and video-based platforms.

SPECIFIC Responsibilities

  • Digital sales to develop and drive personal lines insurance quotes and closings.
  • Maintaining a high level of solution expertise and competitive intelligence.
  • Detailed questioning, gathering and recording accurate quote information.
  • Providing compelling quote proposals via phone, email and video platforms.
  • Tracking and reporting personal and company goals.
  • Submitting accurate and complete information in Velocify.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends and challenges.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quota objectives.

MINIMUM Requirements

  • Prior related sales experience.
  • RIBO Certification (or willingness to complete certification).
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented collaborative environment.
