Read to Ride Program Updates
We’re Two Months Into the Read to Ride Program!
If you missed the announcement in our last newsletter, we launched the Read to Ride program with the help of the Goderich Public School’s grade 3/4 class, taught by Ms. Jordanna Logan.
Recently, the class was awarded their first pizza party for completing 500 hours of collective reading!
Students receive one ballot into the grand prize draw for every 5 hours of reading they complete. The more each student reads, the more chances they have to win! The grand prize draw for one of two new bicycles will take place at the end of the program on June 1st.
Stay tuned; we will soon be looking for school nominations for our Read to Ride program this fall.

It’s Jersey Day or Dylan Shervill
The Excalibur Insurance team continues to grow! After hosting half a dozen Jersey Days over the last eight months, we have reached the end of our ceremonies (for now)!
If you are new to our newsletter, Jersey Day is an Excalibur tradition where new team members receive their official jersey after their first three months on the job.
Last month, Dylan Shervill received his Excalibur hockey jersey, complete with his last name on the back and the last two digits of the year he joined our team.

April’s Defender Spotlight shines on Cathi Cullen in our Clinton office!
2022 has been a big year for Cathi Cullen! On February 1st, Cathi celebrated 45 years of working at Excalibur Insurance, and March 27th marked her 70th Birthday.
Cathi is our go-to person for all things Farm and Commercial and has been working in that department for about 15 years now.
Each day she comes to work with her great sense of humour, endless generosity, and warm, caring personality.
No matter the milestone, we’re grateful to have Cathi as part of the team!
