This is a flexible home or office-based position in Ontario, and is focused on quoting and closing people who are already interested in buying home and auto insurance. We provide the pathway and 150 to 200 insurance policy leads per month. The ideal candidate will have a winning track record in previous sales, and be thoroughly comfortable gathering information, delivering quotes and closing the sale by phone, digital and video-based platforms.
If you already have your Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) License it’s a definite asset and will be given preference – but it isn’t necessarily a non-starter. It simply means you can reach your true earning potential that much faster.
The annual salary offering for this position is up to $55,000 – with a proven ability to earn an additional $50,000 in sales commissions per year, plus benefits, and group RRSP. Policy renewal commissions are also provided.
