Was being cancelled on by my insurance with Aviva and out of the multiple places I reached out Excalibur was able to get me the best rates, best deals and find me the most reliable coverage. Very knowledgeable and kind. There was a mishap with the quote where I got quoted less than I ended up having to pay in the end but that was due to a software issue not the company itself. How many times these days to you hear customer service is dead? Too often !! And when it comes to car insurance- yikes! Well I am very happy to say working with Stacy Smith has been the complete opposite. My daughter has been struggling to reduce her monthly insurance and Stacy has been prompt, kind and very honest- but most importantly she says what she is going to do and does it! Best place for insurance rates

It was one of my best transactions. The broker was so polite and helpful. He even reminded me of what to do to get a better offer. He contacted the ministry to request my driving history from Europe, and he applied it on my policy, that is what other insurance company would never do. I will recommend you to those I know.
