I, the undersigned, certify that I will be eligible to receive the following prize all as more particularly described in and subject to the limitations, terms and conditions set forth in the Official Giveaway Rules.
The prize being awarded to me consists of:
Seating for 10 people in the YXU Flight Deck at Canada Life Place in London, Ontario, during the London Knights vs North Bay Battalion game on Friday, January 30, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
I agree to accept the Prize as awarded. In consideration of being awarded the prize, I hereby fully and finally release and discharge, Excalibur Insurance, the Administrator and each of their respective affiliated companies, franchisees, agencies, prize suppliers and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents as well as each of their respective successors, heirs, assigns, executors and administrators (collectively referred to as the “Giveaway Group”), from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, expenses or losses (including without limitation those arising out of or relating to injury or damage to myself, to my property, or to any other person or property) whatsoever and howsoever arising which I and/or my heirs, executors, administrators or next-of-kin may now or hereafter have as a result of or in any way related to the Giveaway and/or the acceptance, use and/or misuse of the Prize notwithstanding that such loss or damage may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of one or more of the giveaway. It is expressly understood and agreed by me that the Giveaway Group is made of entities who are merely facilitators of the Giveaway and donors of the Prize and as such, it cannot and does not accept any responsibility, in whole or in part, for loss, damage or injury to persons or to property of any nature and however caused in connection with the Prize or the Giveaway I certify that I will accept the Prize as awarded and that Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or refundable, and has no cash surrender value.
Purchase will not increase your chance of winning. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate or win. By participating, you (“entrant” or “you”) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal. The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by the Excalibur Insurance Group Inc. (the “Giveaway Sponsor”). Affiliated products in the Excalibur Contest Champions are not a Sponsor or Co- Sponsor of this Giveaway. The prizes may not be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-saleable. The Giveaway period begins on the date the contest is announced and concludes on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
Winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries received by the date and time indicated above. Excalibur Contest Champions winners will be notified by email or phone call of their win. Entrants must not create false identities, or impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent an affiliation with any person or entity.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “Receipt” of an entry occurs when Sponsor’s email database records the entry information set out in the contest form. The Sponsor’s database must include the date of express consent resulting from the information you provided. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of purchase or email) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor for purposes of these Official Rules. Sponsor does not guarantee the receipt of any entry. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. Entrant may unsubscribe at any time. Purchase is not required and does not enhance a person’s chances of winning. To obtain an offline Entry, print your first name, last name, email address, telephone number (with area code), province, and age on a plain piece of paper (the “Offline Entry Request”).
If any selected contestant is ineligible, cannot be reached within 3 business days after the draw day, or does not return the completed declaration and release form within the times specified, the selected entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected in accordance with the process set out above, until there is a winner or there are no more entries.
Prizes will only be delivered to winners who have been verified and have complied with these Rules. Prizes will be delivered to the Winners’ addresses as provided on their Release forms. The winner, by acceptance of the Prize, grants to Sponsor, the other Giveaway Entities, and each of their respective designees the absolute right and license to use, publish, post, and/or display his/her name, address (city and province of residence), photograph, voice, likeness, and/or other indication of persona (regardless of whether altered, changed, modified, edited, used alone, or used with other material in the Giveaway Entities’ sole discretion) in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout Canada, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
This contest is only eligible to Canadians over 18 years of age that reside in Ontario.
