This includes clothing articles such as basic t-shirts, jeans, shorts, and dresses. Plus, since you have to bring less clothing, you’ll save space in your suitcase for extra souvenirs!
Pack Travel Size Toiletries
Packing travel size toiletries can work to your advantage in two ways. First off, it will ensure that you don’t bring too many liquids on the plane, as this can result in airport security taking them away. Secondly, this will help you to save space in your suitcase. Before going, think realistically about how long you’ll be gone for and how much of each toiletry you’ll use. Bringing a 1-litre bottle of mouthwash for a week doesn’t make sense; instead, go for the smaller, lighter 3-ounce bottles.
Roll Instead of Folding
Rolling your clothes instead of folding them helps to save space in your suitcase, as tightly rolled clothes tend to take up less space than when it’s loosely folded. Additionally, by rolling your clothes you reduce the chances of wrinkling them in your travels!
