Yes, you can get Auto or Home quote on your audio device with Aiden. All you have to do is answer 5 simple questions and your audio device will give you 5 competitive quotes. If you select one of the quotes a broker will review it to make sure you’re getting the coverage you need and follow up at your convenience.

She lives on excaliburinsurance.ca and is constantly working to save Excalibur customers time and headaches by helping them navigate our website and better understand insurance. She knows the insurance business inside and out and is always learning new ways to help our customers.
You can interact with Aiden on the website, on our Facebook page, or via your audio device. Aiden uses artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) to answer a wide range of questions about insurance. As Aiden interacts with people, her knowledge base and insight expands every day through both human and machine learning.

No. Aiden can be accessed by sending her a message on the website. However, if you’d like to use her on your audio device you will have to set her up. Click for setup instructions to Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

Aiden can quote you a price on Home or Auto, but we won’t bind and issue a policy until one of our qualified brokers has reviewed all the details to make sure a) there are no errors that would get you denied coverage, b) you have the coverage you’ll need, and c) there aren’t any additional spots where we could be saving you money.
Aiden only ever uses your personal information when you’ve asked for follow up on something. For example, if you’ve requested a quote the information you input and your contact information will go to one of our brokers so they can give you a call or an email to confirm your quote, discuss coverage, and bind your policy. If you’re already a client, we’ll use it to identify your account and follow up with you to make your requested changes. None of your personal information is stored in the program or retained for any reason other than your requested purpose.
Not yet! Chatbots are a new and exciting technology – which also means that there aren’t that many interfaces built between them and other platforms yet, especially not ones that are safe enough to put personal information through. Once the technology exists that we can to do it securely without any risk to our clients’ data we’ll implement this functionality.
