Don’t Judge a Used Car by its Odometer Reading
Amid a global vehicle shortage, kilometers on used vehicle listings are higher than ever before. Higher-end vehicles, i.e. vehicles costing more than $45,000, are seeing a 300% spike in their kilometers over the last two years.
While an odometer reading used to be a big indicator of how much a car was used and probably how good its condition was, cars nowadays are built much better than they were back “in the day.”
Read our blog for tips on buying a used vehicle with a higher odometer reading.
Read to Ride Bike Draw: Goderich Public School
Our Spring 2023 Read to Ride Program has come to end!
Here’s our latest update:
Last week, we traveled to 360 Bikes ‘n Boards in Goderich to hand out prizes to mark the end of the Read to Ride program.
Congratulations to our two bike winners, Jordan and Nora!
The Goderich Public School 3/4 class crushed their reading goals, reading over 1,200 hours over the last three months. Several students went up four reading levels during that time.
The class earned two pizza parties, and we took all the kids to Cravings in Goderich to get ice cream to thank them for their hard work over the last 12 weeks.
Thank you to the 3/4 class’s fantastic teacher, Jordanna Logan, for all her hard work in helping us run the program. And thank you to 360 Bikes ‘n Boards for supporting the Read to Ride program.
We’re visiting Jessica Clark’s grade 3/4 class at North Easthope Public School later this week for their bike draw!
We look forward to sharing more updates with you in our next newsletter! :
