Whose insurance pays out if you get into a car accident? The answer: Yours will – Every time.
Why? Because in the province of Ontario, and in many other provinces (and even some states!), we use a system called “no-fault insurance,” which handles how claims are paid out in the event of an accident.

We want to introduce the newest member of our team: Rachel Dale!
Rachel joins Excalibur Insurance after working in healthcare as a Personal Support Worker for 9 years. Since starting at Excalibur, she has completed her Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) classes and recently passed her final exam to earn her license. She will be working in our Clinton office as a Personal Lines Account Manager, helping clients with renewals and policy changes.

August’s Defender Spotlight – Krista Rose
August’s Defender Spotlight shines on Krista Rose in our Mitchell office!
Krista joined our team in August 2021. She previously worked in Interior Design, but has taken to insurance quite quickly. As a quick learner, she aced her Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) exam and then optionally began the path to earn her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation. She wrote her CAIB 1 exam in April of this year.
Krista’s outgoing and confident personality makes her a fantastic Account Manager because she is knowledgeable yet personable with all her clients.
