We had a fantastic time visiting Exeter Elementary School and Goderich Public School this month to celebrate the end of Excalibur Insurance Group’s Read to Ride program. 📚🚲

Exeter Elementary School:
We joined Mrs. LaPorte’s Grade 3 class to recognize their incredible achievement of reading nearly 700 hours over three months. Congratulations to our bike winners, Gabriel and Hudson, and kudos to Sullivan for being the Top Reader!

We rewarded the students’ hard work with ice cream and a copy of our book, “Artie The Good Knight and the Excalibur Academy,” which was written in support of the Read to Ride initiative. A big thank you to their amazing teacher, Courtney LaPorte.

Goderich Public School:
Our visit to the Grade 4 class of Goderich Public School was equally exciting. We celebrated Jace and Maitland, our bike winners, and gave a special shout-out to Alex, the Top Reader.

The students surpassed their reading goals and enjoyed sharing their favorite books, including popular series like Percy Jackson, The Babysitters Club, and Diary of a Wimpy Kid. We ended the celebration with delicious ice cream at Cravings in Goderich. Thanks to their wonderful teacher, Tamara Dobos, the team at Cravings for the sweet treats, and Denata at 360 Bikes ‘n Boards for their support.

Thank you to both schools, the dedicated teachers, and our partners at 360 Bikes ‘n Boards for making the Read to Ride program a huge success! 📖🍦🚴

What Is Pay-As-You-Go Insurance?

what is pay as you go insurance eblast graphic

While many people own a vehicle, only some use them every day or even every week. Some drivers tick off 25,000 km or more every year driving to and from work, running errands, taking the kids to school, etc. while others might only sporadically use their vehicle.

Everyone has a unique lifestyle, and your insurance coverage should reflect your needs. One of the great things about car insurance is that Canadian drivers may purchase what is referred to as “pay-as-you-go” insurance.

Not sure what that is? We explain in this blog.
